Privacy Policy
What this is
This is the privacy policy for One Price, a pre-launch service for Bahamian online shoppers. We are based in The Bahamas. If you give us your information, this is what we do with it.
What we collect when you sign up
The launch waitlist form collects three things: your name, your email address, and your mobile number. We use these to text or email you when One Price is live, and for nothing else without your permission.
What we collect automatically
When you visit the site we record technical signals so we can understand how the page is performing and how to make it better:
- A browser fingerprint (an anonymous hash) that lets us count unique visitors without storing personal identifiers in the browser.
- Your IP address, the browser and device you are on, and the country and city your network resolves to.
- A session cookie named
op_sessionand a visitor cookie namedop_visitor. Both are HTTP-only, first-party, and used to deduplicate poll responses and attribute signups. - Whether you arrived via a referral link from another visitor. We use this to credit the person who shared the link.
- Standard analytics from Vercel Analytics for page views and Web Vitals.
How we use it
- To contact you when One Price launches.
- To prevent duplicate signups and make sure the survey results represent real people.
- To improve the page based on what is and is not working.
- To send a single confirmation email after you sign up, acknowledging that you are on the list.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use it to build a profile outside of running this service.
Who processes the data on our behalf
- Neon Postgres. Hosts our database where lead records and poll responses live.
- Vercel. Hosts the website and runs the form and analytics.
- Resend. Sends the post-signup confirmation email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Helps us tell humans from bots on the form. Receives the challenge result, not your name, email, or phone.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records until the One Price service is live and we have either contacted you or you have asked us to remove you. Visitor analytics records are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email help@oneprice.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
One Price is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the record.
Changes
If we update this policy we will update the date at the top and keep the previous version on file. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist by email.
