What this is
These terms apply to your use of launch.oneprice.co while the site is in pre-launch. The actual One Price service has not launched yet and is not bound by these terms. When the service launches, separate terms will cover orders, fees, and delivery, and you will be asked to agree to them at that time.
Joining the waitlist
When you fill out the form on this site, you are letting us contact you once: when One Price is live. That is the entire commitment on our side. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing help@oneprice.co.
What you should not do
- Do not submit information that is not yours. The waitlist is first-party only.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, abuse the form, or scrape the database.
- Do not impersonate One Price or claim to represent us.
Forward-looking statements
The site previews a service that is not yet live. Specific numbers, examples, and product details are illustrative. Final pricing, fees, and operational details will be published when the service launches and will supersede anything shown here.
No warranties
The pre-launch site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Governing law
The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any dispute about the use of this site is governed by Bahamian law and resolved in Bahamian courts.
Changes
If we update these terms we will update the date above and keep the previous version on file. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist by email.
